Bootcamp - Military Fitness
A full body workout designed to hit all of your body and push you physically and mentally. Suitable for all levels with workouts scaled to your abilities. You will learn to use your own body correctly to perform exercise as well as learn the basics of lifting and carrying extra load when exercising. The sessions are designed by our ex-military physical training instructor so if you want an authentic boot camp with someone who has been there and taught it in its original format then this is the class for you.
