All classes are run from our exercise and performance gym ideally situated for those in the Birmingham and surrounding areas. These group fitness classes are suitable for any level of fitness so even if you're a complete beginner then the session will be broken down and taught to suit you. Class numbers are kept small so you won't get lost in the crowd and get individual attention in a group fitness class.
